Manifesting Mondays: A New Direction

Welcome back to Manifesting Mondays! If you need to catch up on past post click here. Let’s get into it!

This week the focus is a new direction. Often times it is necessary to begin again, even though starting over is the hardest thing to do, and could make you feel as though you have failed to begin again can be the best decision you can make.

As a child, whenever I would lose something my mother would tell me to, “retrace my steps.” Sometimes going backward to move forward is just what you need to do. I know it seems confusing because the goal is to keep moving forward but sometimes you need to go back to find something you lost or left behind, to help you move in the direction you need to go. Or, maybe you need to completely go back and choose a different path.

In the weeks coming I will be making many references to ways of thinking, feelings, and thoughts. Your thoughts and feelings are connected to the things that you have in your life. If you want peace begin to see yourself in a peaceful state. If you need money begin to see yourself with money and connect your feelings to those things, begin to move in a way that will open you up to new opportunities.

Most of the time you get so wrapped up in the things that you do not have, the things that you want are unable to manifest in your life. I have embarked on a journey recently which in the long run will change my life forever. There are three things that I am learning, and my hope is that you will be able to learn and connect yourself to these things.

We must be grateful for the things we already have. When we become so focused on the things that we do not have it becomes everything we have in our lives. If we are focused on lack we will have lack. Seeking out things in my day just to be grateful for has taken my way of thinking to new levels. Begin to seek out things in your life to be grateful for. Each day, begin by listing three things you are grateful.

Believe without seizing. I have always been a Thomas throughout my life. In the Bible, Thomas says to Jesus after his resurrection, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe.” If you want real change in your life, believe without seeing do not be like Thomas! Connect your thoughts and feelings to already having the things that you truly want.

See yourself already having the things that you want. Rather it is a job, money, relationship begin to see yourself as though you already have it. Imagine yourself walking into that job, or getting that check in the mail, or that relationship your heart desires.

This week find a way to apply gratitude, believing, and visualization into your daily routine, commit to doing this for 21 days, and let me know how much your life has changed because of it.

Be blessed,
